FIFA 22 has four new tricks to master: Skilled Bridge, Four-Touch Turn, Scoop Turn Fake and First-Time Spin. You need a player with four-star skill moves to perform the first three, while this last one is only available to players with five-star skill moves. Below, we outline how to use every new and old trick in the game in GR’s guide to FIFA 22 skill moves.
FIFA 22 skill moves star ratings revealed
The following list of FIFA 22 skill moves is divided into five categories. Each player in the game has an independent rating of “skill moves”, which you can find on the attribute screen, which determines how many cheats they can perform. One-star players can only release moves in that category, while five-star players can make every last move. As you’d expect, wingers can often be found with four stars and above, while most defenders have lower ratings.

1 Star Skill Moves
These are basic tricks that anyone, even goalkeepers, can do. Even so, you dare to catch anyone using Aaron Ramsdale.

3 Star Skill Moves
Most midfielders and forwards have three star skills that allow them to beat ‘classic’ FIFA favorites like Roulette and Heel Chop.

Three new moves join FIFA 22’s four-star category: Four Touch Swing, Bucket Swing Fake, and Skilled Bridge. Don’t try to try them in Powerleague.
