We’re seeing complaints about slow Wi-Fi speeds and disconnections. Wi-Fi problems are notoriously difficult to fix, but there are a few things you can try if you start running into problems.
Try unplugging your router for a minute or two before you start messing with your settings. If you don’t see a change, make sure there isn’t an outage in your area. You can use Down Detector To find your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
If you are sure that the problems are not related to your router or ISP, go to the phone’s Settings and forget about the Wi-Fi connection giving you a hard time. Here’s how to do this:
