Apple has released a new version of iOS 12 and the iOS 12.3.2 update brings a major bug fix to the iPhone 8 Plus.
The company’s iOS updates usually go through a beta testing period, but Apple has decided that this fix cannot wait for the upcoming iOS 12.4 update.
Like iOS 12.3.1, iOS 12.3.2 is a maintenance release, meaning it’s focused on fixing issues. It does not bring any new features with it.
Unlike iOS 12.3.1, the iOS 12.3.2 update is limited to the iPhone 8 Plus. Not available on other iPhone, iPad or iPod touch models.
If your iPhone 8 Plus is currently running iOS 12.3.1, iOS 12.3.2 is minor and comes with one change. If you are running an older version of iOS, your iOS 12.3.

If you’re upgrading your iPhone 8 Plus from iOS 12.3.1, your download should only be a few megabytes.
If your device is running an older version of iOS 12, you’ll see a larger download size because, again, features and fixes from updates you skipped are added to your iOS 12.3.2 update.
If you’re currently running iOS 12.3.1, the iOS 12.3.2 update will take less than 10 minutes to install.

iOS 12.3.2 Issues
iPhone 8 Plus users are reporting bugs and performance issues.

If you can’t stand the performance of iOS 12.3.2 on your phone, you can try downgrading to an older version of iOS 12.
Apple signs iOS 12.3 and iOS 12.3. that means you use a space to switch to one of these versions. If iOS 12.3 or iOS 12.3.1 works fine on your device, this is definitely an option to consider.
You cannot downgrade from iOS 12.3.
iOS 12.3.2 Update: What’s New
The iOS 12.3.2 update is a minor maintenance release and carries a single bug fix for the iPhone 8 Plus. Here is the full changelog of the update:
iOS 12.3.2 does not introduce any new security patches.
iOS 12.3.2 Jailbreak
You cannot jailbreak iOS 12.3.

The next version of iOS 12 for iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will most likely be iOS 12.4.
Apple has confirmed iOS 12.4 and the upgrade is in beta testing before it’s released later this year. We expect the software to launch alongside the company’s new credit card this summer. And with the company now in iOS 12.4 beta 6, we expect a release in the near future.
iOS 12.4 is a landmark update; This means it will carry a mix of bug fixes, security patches, enhancements and features.
