Elden Ring Divine Tower of Limgrave is a special hangout spot for new players, a special area you must find after Godrick’s Great Rune in Stormveil Castle. The Divine Tower is needed to unleash all of its power and access Godrick’s power, but the Tower is hard to find and even harder to access. Below we will tell you how to reach the Divine Tower of Limgrave in Elden Ring and how you can restore Godrick’s Great Rune and the unique power it gives you.
Elden Ring Divine Limgrave Tower location
The Divine Limgrave Tower is incredibly close to Godrick, but getting to it is not that easy. On the map marked above, the massive structure east of Stormveil Castle, but how to get there is unclear – the bridge is damaged and the tower looks impregnable from the lower levels.
How to reach the Divine Tower in Elden Ring
The truth is that although the connecting bridge was damaged, it is still the path to the Divine Limgrave Tower. Incredibly careful players can reach the Tower by following the steps below.
- Fast travel (or walk there, I’m not fussy) to the “Stormveil Main Gate” Grace Estate.
- You’ll have to go through the main door – the one where all crossbows are facing it. Alternatively, you can fight backwards on the same path starting with Godrick, but either way it’s incredibly difficult and this path is at least faster.
- On your way in, hug the right (or East) wall, fighting rolling to avoid the siege arcs.
- Keep going until you see an arch decorated with statues that surrounds the road to the bridge on your right. There will be a lion with a scythe on its legs that will attack you, but just try and get by.
- There will be a Grace Estate in the future – Limgrave Tower Bridge. If it’s still after you, use it to reset the lion and get back the Vials you used.
- The bridge crossed it. Get there and prepare to escape – there are giant animated statues here, including someone at the far end who will shoot arrows thirty meters high at you. These cannot be blocked safely, so you have to roll.
- There are other statues with melee attacks, but you should avoid them all as it is incredibly difficult to fight while the archer is still trying to kill you. Use cover to block his shots and stay out of reach as you move towards him and then pass him.
- At the very end of the broken bridge is a small stone circle filled with white energy – a portal. Interact quickly to teleport from the broken part to the other side of the bridge.
- You must be out of range of the statues. There are large hawks behind you, but they will ignore you unless you get close (they are guarding items if you care). Just walk up to the tower and the large doors you can interact with to open.
- Once passed, take the big elevator and go up. There will be another Grace Site in the future. Use it, then follow the steps to the right all the way to the very top of the tower.
- In front of them will be a row of giant rotten fingers with a shining golden symbol, between them matching the appearance of the Great Rune of Godrick. Move towards the symbol and interact with it to “Restore the Power of the Great Rune”.
This is the first instance of a recurring phenomenon throughout the game where Great Runes are found and used to trigger certain powers. We have a full explanation Elden Ring Great Runes and Rune Arc farming guide for you to check.
