From the very beginning, Instagram not only gave Reels a huge exposure and audience, but also allowed them to create great content with all the dizzying filters and effects the app already has to offer.

Anyone can extract the Sound from your Reels and use it on their Reels. However, you can set your account to Private to stop the app. Go to Profile > tap the three lines in the top right corner > Settings > Privacy > Account Privacy > enable private account.

15. Delete Reels

You can always delete these unwanted Reels by going to the Profile tab. Tap the Reels menu, play the Reels you want to delete and select the three dots menu at the bottom. Select Delete from the menu below.
