Everything in order Make sure you have a full backup of your WordPress site using one of the many WordPress backup plugins available. You should definitely do this if you plan to restore your website from backup after you finish rebooting.
Then you can proceed to reset your WordPress site with a plugin called WP Reset. This is an excellent plugin that quickly resets your website database to default setup values and the best thing about it is that it doesn’t change any files in the process.

A quick note before we start – your theme and plugin files will not be backed up by the plugin, which means that once you delete them, you won’t be able to recover them or any of their settings.
To start Tools >> WP Reset and choose Vehicles tab. Next, select Delete Themes or Delete Add-ons choice.
When you do this, you will be able to confirm the action. Simply hit To delete Press the button to continue.
A message will appear informing the number of deleted themes or plugins. However, you should keep in mind that if you delete all your WordPress themes, your site will not work as it needs a theme to work.
In this case, the head Appearance >> Themes and click add new button. From here you can install a theme you want your website to run on.
