Any review a statement about a customer’s perception and impression of a businessagainst this Facebook page is a kind of account mainly for businesses. A natural person will most likely have a personal account, for example a business – or an artist, a celebrity, a book or a movie – will most likely have an official page.
Facebook used to let its users rate a page with five stars and leave text commentsshowing their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the topic of a page. Starting 2020, Facebook Reviews have been converted to Suggestions. A user doesn’t actually leave a review, but instead recommends it by leaving a tag or comment. A page’s rating is still calculated as points out of five, and All previous reviews are saved.
Regardless of the type of business you run, a potential customer will often want to be informed About your business before committing to spending the hard-earned money with you.
