Top 3 Ways to Turn Off the Windows 11 Startup Sound

Windows 11 could be the biggest Windows launch since Windows 10 was released in 2015. Microsoft has gone to great lengths to advertise Windows 11 with new wallpapers, a new startup sound, a splash banner at Burj Khalifa, and more. The company is proud of the new Windows 11 startup sound, but if you’re not a fan, you can easily turn it off. Here’s how you can turn off the Windows 11 startup sound.

Windows 11 plays a small startup sound every time you log on to the computer. It doesn’t bother us, but it can bother some, especially those who log on to the computer frequently every day. Understandably, Microsoft has buried the Windows 11 startup sound in the Settings menu. Let’s learn how to access and turn off the Windows 11 startup sound.

1. Disable Windows 11 Startup Sound from Taskbar

Windows 11 comes with a brand new toggle menu that you can activate by clicking the Wi-Fi/volume or battery toggle on the taskbar. We will use this and open the sound settings menu to make the necessary changes. Follow the steps below.
