A recent update brought the possibility of sharing statuses between Facebook and WhatsApp. Without a doubt, this is a significant step towards starting integration between these platforms.
The function, previously exclusive to Instagram and Facebook, now expands to new possibilities, strengthening ties between users.
The novelty brings a union strategy adopted by Meta, a company that manages social networks.
By promoting integration between Facebook and WhatsApp, the user experience is enriched, providing more dynamic communication between users.
This expansion will bring the content to other people who may not even be adept at social media, as well as being another way to share their favorite moments.

How to make this connection between networks?
Taking advantage of the integration between Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram, you now have the opportunity to share your content on three platforms simultaneously.
Follow the steps to perform this integration:
- Open the WhatsApp platform and go to the ‘Privacy’ option;
- Select the ‘Status’ section to adjust access to publications.
- At the bottom of the screen, when choosing the contacts who can view your posts, click on ‘Share my status updates between my accounts’;
- Tap to add your account, then choose what you want to share;
- Click ‘Start’ and accept the settings.
Now, your status updates will be shared seamlessly across all three platforms. But, if you want to perform the function via Instagram or Facebook, it is also possible.
Remember: by linking all statuses, it is possible for people blocked on your WhatsApp to have access to your statuses on other networks. The function is available for both iOS like for Android.
Send photos in original quality via WhatsApp
Another recently added feature in WhatsApp is exciting for iOS users. It is now possible to send photos in high quality or in the file’s original resolution.
To do this, go to the ‘Documents’ function to send files, and choose the images or videos you want to send. This flexibility offers greater control over the size and quality of shared media.
Now, capturing and sharing precious moments is even more personalized on Whatsappproviding an improved experience for iOS platform users.
