Use Templates in Gmail

Stage 1: Click create from Gmail homepage.
Step 2: It will open the compose menu in Gmail.
Stage 3: Instead of typing messages manually, you can click on the three-dot menu to open Templates.
Step 4: From the Add template menu, select the corresponding template you want to use with the e-mail.
Step 5: You will see the saved message in the Gmail compose menu.
You can change the time, location and other details. If there is a signature already attached to the email template, you should remove it before sending an email to avoid duplication.
How to Delete a Template in Gmail
If you no longer need a Gmail template, you can easily remove it from your Gmail account. Here’s how to delete a template in Gmail.
Stage 1: From the Gmail homepage, select the compose menu at the top.
Step 2: Click on the three-dot menu and click on Templates.
Stage 3: Select the template you want to remove.
Step 4: You will see the option to delete template. Use it and you won’t see this template from Gmail.
Disable Templates in Gmail
Enabling templates won’t break your Gmail experience. If for some reason you don’t want to use the templates after a while, you can easily disable the option from the Gmail settings menu.
Stage 1: From the Gmail home page, click the Settings icon and open See All Settings.
Step 2: Go to advanced options.
Stage 3: Click disable from the Advanced menu.
Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom and hit the Save Changes button.
Back on the Gmail homepage, you’ll no longer see it created Templates from Gmail.
Can I Use Gmail Templates on Mobile?
Similar to a Gmail signature, templates you create in Gmail web stay in your Gmail account. You won’t be able to use the same Gmail templates in mobile apps. You can’t create or manage templates from Gmail mobile either.
