When someone visits your Facebook account or visit someone else’s account, you first see their profile page. If you think about it, it represents the basic details about our social life. Therefore, it should be good, concise and to some extent limited.

2. Add bio

As they say ‘first impression is last impression’, whatever a person first notices on your Facebook profile, they will judge you accordingly. You should be familiar with the About You section under the About option. It’s been there for years. birthday, work etc. You can add an appropriate description of yourself here, including details.

However, I’m not talking about that. On your profile page there is a small separate section where you can add a short introduction about yourself. This will be directly visible to everyone when someone opens your profile.

To add a small bio, go to your profile page and click the Add Bio button.

It’s not surprising that pictures convey emotions better than words. So why not put an image or two as your featured image? Similar to bio, you can add featured images to your profile. You can have up to five photos and they will always be public. So anyone can see them, whether they’re on your friend list or not.

To add a featured image, open your profile page and click the Add to Highlight button. Click any box in the popup that appears and select your picture. You can choose one of the existing ones or install a new one.

5. Hide or Delete Multiple Posts

Sometimes we all like to clean up our Facebook timeline. There are things we published years ago that we now disagree with. It would be difficult to remove every such post if it had to be done manually.

Fortunately, Facebook allows you to easily hide or delete multiple items. All you have to do is click the Manage posts button on your profile. Then select the posts and click the Next button at the bottom. On the next screen, choose whether you want to hide or delete the posts.

Recently, Facebook profile was limited to list view. All your status updates, images or videos that you shared on your timeline were only visible in list format. But that has changed and you can now switch between list and grid view.
