If you’ve used Pushbullet before, Join is the best alternative. Similar to Pushbullet, you can send links, notes, and files between devices. You can also share your clipboard between an Android device and PC, as well as multiple Android devices.

Lets start.
1. Sync App Notifications
One of the primary features of the Join app is to sync notifications across devices. While many apps let you send your Android notifications to PC, there are few apps that support notification syncing between Android devices. And guess which one is one of them? Join the app.
When you enable notification sync, you will receive notifications of each device on other devices. It can become chaotic. Fortunately, you can customize the apps and devices you want to receive notifications from.
To sync notifications, follow these steps:
Stage 1: Open the Join app on your Android phone and tap the hamburger-like icon in the top left corner. Then choose Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Notifications and enable Send Notification in case it is not enabled.
Stage 3: By default, none of the applications are selected. You have to manually select the apps whose notifications you want to share. To do this, tap on Notification Apps and select apps.
Step 4: Similarly, you will have to manually select the devices you want to sync notifications to. To do this, tap on Notification Devices and select devices.
2. Sync Call Notifications
The above feature only allows you to sync app notifications. Join provides another feature where all your devices will ring simultaneously if you receive a call from someone. For example, if you have three phones (A, B, and C) and you receive a call from phone A, phones B and C will also ring to inform you of the call. Not only that, you can also disconnect the call from other devices.
To use this feature, follow these steps:
Stage 1: Open Join’s Settings and go to SMS & Phone Calls.
step 2: Then enable SMS & Call Service. Once enabled, tap on Advanced.
Stage 3: Tap Phone Notifications and choose the preferred behavior you want to receive notifications from.

3. Send or Receive All Notifications
If you live far away from your other devices and want to check notifications about them, the Join app lets you receive those notifications. Alternatively, you can send all notifications from one device to another.
To do this, open the Join app and you will see all the connected devices on the first screen. Tap the three-dot icon next to the device you want to receive notifications from. Then tap on Get Notifications. All notifications from the second device will then be available in your notification panel.
Similarly, if you want to send your current device’s notifications to another device, tap the three-dot icon next to the receiver and hit Send Notifications.
4. Turn Off Notifications on PC
If you’re using Join’s Chrome extension on your desktop, the constant buzz of notifications can be annoying at times. Fortunately, you can mute notifications for 15 minutes, up to six hours.
To mute notifications, right-click the Join Chrome extension icon and select Mute from the menu.
5. Take a Screenshot Remotely
If your devices are in the other room, you can still take screenshots of what’s on your screen using this app. Similarly, you can take screenshots on PC using the Chrome extension.
To take a screenshot on Android, tap the three-dot icon next to the device and press Take Screenshot. Whichever screen is open on the second device, that image will be taken.
After the screenshot is taken, the image opens on the device where the request was made.

6. Open Apps Remotely
While you can’t fully control other devices, Join lets you open apps remotely. To do this, simply tap the Open App option under device Settings, which can be accessed by tapping the three-dot icon next to the device name. Then select the app you want to open.
7. Access to Clipboard
There are two ways to access the clipboard across devices. The first method involves manually pushing the copied entry using the bubble that appears every time you copy text to your Android device. Second, it automatically makes the copied text available on other clipboards.
To sync the clipboard, do this:
Stage 1: Open Join Settings and tap Dashboard.
Step 2: Enable Monitor Dashboard. Now, if you want to share the clipboard using the bubble, enable Clipboard Bubbles. Otherwise, select Auto Send Clipboard to automatically send the copied text to other selected devices.
8. Ring Device and Find Device on Map
Sometimes we can’t remember where we put our phone on silent. In such cases, you can use the Join application to find it. Join provides a feature where your device will play even when muted. Similarly, if you want to track one of your devices, you can check its location using this app.
To use these features, tap the three-dot icon next to the device’s name and select Ring or Find from the menu.
Tap Ring and your second device will start ringing. And when you tap Find, Google Maps will open on the first device showing the location of the second device.
9. Talk on the Phone
If you want to go one step further, you can send a voice message to other devices. Technically, you have to type the text and the app will announce it.
To do this, tap the three-dot menu next to the device name and then tap Talk. Then enter the text you want the device to say aloud.
10. Get Battery Notifications
Checking the battery level of all your devices is difficult. Fortunately, Join comes with a feature that notifies you when connected devices are low on battery and fully charged.
To enable this feature, go to Join Settings and tap on Pushes. Then tap on Advanced and enable Battery Notifications on the next screen.
Alternatively, you can always check the battery of other devices by tapping the corresponding device name on the home screen of the app.
