Galaxy S7 vs iPhone 6S: No comparison, Samsung dominates thanks to its new sensors

The first Galaxy S7 has already arrived in the hands of users who pre-ordered it. So this is the opportunity Scale Against many other smartphones to really determine if the f/1.7 sensors are as powerful as Samsung suggests.

Thus, we can see that the 5 MP front sensor of the Galaxy S7 performs extremely well in real conditions, again at f/1.7. much more accurate colors and a visibly more detailed image. The sound is also richer, but it should be noted that the capture conditions are optimal.

The 12-megapixel dual-pixel rear sensor of the Galaxy S7 is then tested not only against the iPhone 6S, but also against the 6S Plus equipped with OIS stabilizer. Under these conditions, the two devices are relatively similar.

Ahead of the Galaxy S7’s incredibly fast autofocus, the “wow effect” starts to feel, as the smartphone has no trouble moving from one subject to another without any zooming effect visible, even in difficult lighting conditions.

Already tested against the 6S at the Samsung booth at night, Samsung’s latest flagship proves to be unrivaled in this segment, delivering a clear photo, very little noise and great color reproduction.

Still, the front camera tends to soften the subject drastically and this plastic direction this is not necessarily the most beautiful effect. However, the color accuracy of the Galaxy S7 quickly makes up for this weak spot and is sure to please camera phone enthusiasts in 2016.
