Since the takeover of Twitter by Elon Musk in the fall of 2022, the South African billionaire broke the habits of social network users but within a year.
This summer of 2023, the Elon Musk-controlled platform renamed Twitter X and discontinued its free Tweetdeck service. Paid Tweetdeck tool becomes X Pro It includes a full tweet editor, advanced search options, various column types and decks.
X Pro (formerly Tweetdeck): paid service becomes a free tool with Chrome
There is a pretty simple technique to circumvent X Pro’s paid solution and it’s user @Eramdam who exposed his trick. In a video footage posted on X (Twitter), the California-based French engineer used Google Chrome and specifically the browser development tool.

For Use X Pro for freesimply:
- Open a new Chrome browser tab
- go
- Right click on Twitter page
- Select ‘Review’
- Click on the Console box from the Development tool
- Copy and paste the following text starting with . document.cookie (see tweet above)
- Press Enter on the keyboard
- Go without opening a new tab
- Close the developer tool
At the end of these steps, you can temporarily enjoy the functions of the paid X Pro service without paying 9.60 euros per month (or 100.80 euros for 1 year), an amount corresponding to a monthly subscription or annual XBlue.
Finally, it is recommended that you do not close the service’s web page to enjoy the benefits of X Pro. Otherwise, it is preferable to repeat the steps mentioned above.
