The principle is simple. With this optionusers can now refresh “For You” posts where they can find videos recommended by the app’s algorithms.
TikTok offers the ability to reset its stream “For You”

By enabling this feature, Your “For You” header therefore starts from scratch, as if you just signed up for TikTok. Attention this will not override the settings you have already selected and does not affect the accounts followed. In other words, you’re telling the app’s recommendation algorithms to start over.
How to enable new option on TikTok?
