Why use a Pinterest timer, though?
Pinterest planner is the best way to plan long-term content for your social media content calendar, stay organized and save time. No more pressing ‘send’ 25 times a day!
Your marketing calendar should include daily Pins. (By the way, Pins are posts on Pinterest-speak.) And you should be posting at the most opportune times. This way, you will reach your target audience when they are online and using the platform.
This will differ from brand to brand, so follow your Pinterest stats to find out what days and times are best for your brand to post content. Then use a Pinterest scheduler to post your Pins during these peak times to get the most engagement.

5 Pinterest planning best practices you need to know before you get started
know your audience
Don’t guess.
Keep track of when you need to schedule by monitoring Pinterest analytics. You’ll see which Pins are the most popular, what topics viewers find interesting, and what Pins from your website are. Once you identify popular content, plan to pin similar content and create new boards around this engaging theme.
Simply put, tracking analytics will help your brand create an effective Pinterest marketing strategy. And don’t do it just once – keep analyzing this data!
Don’t schedule pins all at once
Instead of Pinning them in chunks, ditch the Pins you post regularly. Plan to schedule Pins throughout the day and throughout the week.
Keeping a close eye on your Pinterest analytics also lets you know the best times and days to post, and when to schedule Pins on your social media content calendar.
Don’t plan too far in advance
The world is moving fast. If you’re planning something months in advance, your planned Pin may not be relevant when the release date actually returns. Instead, try to schedule Pins only a few days or a week in advance.
Always edit and recheck your Pins when scheduling
To increase the visibility of Pins in Pinterest search, always make sure to include a description of the Pin to provide context.
Then edit this comment. In addition to making sure you include keywords and that the description is grammatically correct and free of typos before publication.
And it’s not just the words you want to double-check. Make sure your planned Pin will be posted on the right board and you’ve added the correct link.
Checking in during the planning phase will help your brand avoid embarrassing mistakes.
Control your display screen while planning
Finally, check how your image is displayed. Planning means you’ll see if the image looks pixelated or if Pinterest has cropped a significant portion of the image if you haven’t chosen the 2:3 ratio.
Using a Pinterest scheduler not only makes posting more efficient, but also elevates your Pinterest marketing strategy. Pinterest planners often provide your brand with important data and analytics, and it’s easy to see when content is scheduled to be posted. Simply put, Pinterest scheduling tools can help you not only reach your audience, but also grow it.
Save time managing your Pinterest presence using Moyens I/O. From a single dashboard, you can schedule posts and post directly to Pinterest, measure their performance, and run all your other social media profiles. Try it for free today.
