3. Type reddit.com and launch it.
4. From the mobile version of the website, tap the three-line settings icon.
5. Scroll down the list of options until you see the “Show desktop site” option.
6. Tap this option and wait for the desktop version of the website to load.

Now you can send private messages, check your inbox, reply to conversations, etc. You should be able to use all features such as unhindered.

If for some reason this does not work, you can also try the method below.

Launch Reddit in Incognito Mode

1. Go to your home screen.
2. Open your apps list.
3. Tap the Chrome web browser icon.
4. Tap the three-dot icon.
5. Tap on the new incognito tab option.
6. Type reddit.com in the address bar.

If you use this method, you should no longer be redirected to the mobile version of reddit. However, as you already know, this also means that you cannot access the saved credentials.

So, enter your username and password to access reddit. Whether you’re using a PC, Android or iOS device, you’ll need to do this every time you use reddit in incognito mode.

The upside is that there shouldn’t be any bugs or glitches to worry about with missing features. Note, however, that the desktop version of reddit will not be optimized for use on a smartphone touchscreen.
