Unfortunately, there is no specific way to delete a friend, but blocking a follower will yield the same results.
How to Block Someone on Dubsmash
Blocking prevents a user from viewing your profile or commenting on your videos. To block someone, follow the steps described below.

Open the Dubsmash app and go to the profile of the user you want to block.
Second step
In the upper right corner of the page you will find the overflow menu (three dots). look for option Block user and tap on it.

Dubsmash will ask you to confirm if you want to block the user. Confirm your selection. Dubsmash does not inform the blocked user about your action.

If you accidentally blocked someone and want to get back, don’t worry. Dubsmash has you covered. Go to your profile page and tap on it. Settings option (gear icon) in the upper left. you will find blocked users here. Tap on it.
Scroll to the username you want to unblock. tap on unblock option to unblock the user.
Are you sure you want to block?
It may sound silly to many, but are you sure you want a user blocked? Now, if the user is bothering you, you have the right to block them. However, if you just want to prevent people from commenting on your videos, there is another way to stop them without blocking them. To accomplish this, follow the steps below.

Open the post you want people to not comment on.
Second step
Tap the overflow menu (three dots) at the top right of the page.

tap on edit post choice.

You have quite a few options here. Not only does it prevent people from commenting on your post, you also have the option to make your post public or private. Private posts can only be seen by your friends, while public posts are publicly visible.
If you want people to stop commenting, translate the comment Closed.

Tap to confirm. Save.
A Word About Dubsmash’s Security and Privacy
Dubsmash claims to take the privacy and security of its users very seriously. Therefore, if there is any incident with other users that you find disturbing, you can reach out to Dubsmash. You can swipe left on a comment on your video and tap the Trash icon to permanently remove the comment.
You can also mark someone’s comment as offensive on another user’s profile. Dubsmash claims its moderators will review the comment and take appropriate action within 24 hours.
