The TikTok playlist feature is not available to everyone. Only certain creators have the ability to add TikTok playlists to their profiles.

How to make a playlist on TikTok

How to make a TikTok playlist from your profile

First open your app and Profile icon in the lower right corner.

Inside Video press tab Sort videos by playlists option if it’s your first playlist. Or if you’ve already created one, plus icon next to your current playlist.

You will be asked to name your playlist and then select your videos.

How to create a playlist on TikTok directly from a video

Go to the video you want to use in your playlist; Note that these must be public videos. Then tap . ellipsis icon Press and hold the video that appears on the right.

Hit add to playlist and tap Create a playlist.

You will then be prompted to name your playlist and add more videos.

When you publish a video, you can also add it directly to TikTok playlists. After creating your video, to mail there will be a screen option Add to playlist. Select the playlist you want to add your video to and then stream as usual.
