Brett Favre is a Hall of Fame quarterback but hasn’t been in the news lately for football-related reasons. Favre was “allegedly” a key figure in the Mississippi welfare scam, in which funds released by the federal government were misused and distributed. Favre, former Mississippi governor Phil Bryant, and others were involved.
Despite all this, the one-in-a-million figure remains one of the least reported stories across all platforms, and given the people involved, many major media outlets and other NFL-related people seem hesitant to report on the story. This seems odd given that other such issues are covered extensively by the media and heavily screened by the athletes or personalities involved. Deshaun Watson, the current Cleveland Brown QB is such a recent example, but why not this time? Stephen A Smith believes the issue is much bigger than it seems.

He then specifically pointed out that people with strong connections to the NFL are blatantly silent.
What Stephen A is talking about is something the world might want to take seriously, because despite all the talk and initiative, there seems to be an inequality when the world talks about such issues with a person of color when it comes to a person of color. Social problems plaguing this country. Leading names have a lot to answer on this front.
