Raiders owner Mark Davis made a ludicrous comment about Dana White’s massive Tom Brady reveal.

Raider owner Mark Davis gave a vague response when asked about the deal that would bring the seven-time Super Bowl winner to the Raiders.

“I heard (White’s comments)” said Davis. “It was – like two to three years ago? I don’t know, man. Talk to Dana. I remember Tom Brady going to Tampa Bay. That’s basically what I remember. “I have no idea. Dana has stories. I love Dana. He’s a great, great organizer. Why should this upset me? I was busy watching a basketball game.”

Mark Davis joined WNBA playoff game Saturday night between the Aces and Phoenix. Questions were asked after the match.

It all started when Dana White announced at UFC 278 that Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski should be traded to the Las Vegas Raiders before the 2020 season. But the deal was initiated by Jon Gruden, who thought Brady was getting old and already past his prime.

Jon Gruden did not return or answer his call when asked for a quote on this situation from the Review-Journal on Saturday and Sunday.

Tom Brady later joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where he won the Super Bowl in 2021, proving all his enemies wrong. Rob Gronkowski joined the Super Bowl winner on the team when he was traded next year.

The whole story was confirmed by Gronkowski. “I didn’t want to talk about it but (Gronkowski) drew me in on live TV” said White.

“That’s right. I convinced Brady to play for the Raiders and Gronk was coming along with him. They were negotiating the deal and they were really close to making it happen. Then Gruden withdrew the deal and Brady wasn’t happy about it. I wasn’t too. That’s all.

There are no concrete details as to why the transfer did not take place. We only know the story from UFC president Dana White and Rob Gronkowski, who later confirmed it. But who would miss a deal with one of the greatest NFL players of all time. If Mark Davis knew about this and still chooses to ignore it, then he missed a great opportunity.

In relation :  "He'll be the man next year," said the top NFL analyst about Trey Lance and Jimmy Garoppolo's situation with the 49ers.
