Linval Joseph is an American football defender who plays for the NFL team Philadelphia Eagles. His early life consists of a dream of becoming a football player with similar interests in powerlifting and athletics. He attended high school in Florida and decided to support all three sports.
In his senior year, he participated in the Florida state bench press championship and the weightlifting championship, after which he received an award as a state player in track and field. Speaking of his college football career, he was a 3-star recruit by rivals.com and was featured in the rivals’ enlistment yearbook in 2007.
After completing his last year at the university, he completed the University of East Carolina for three years. He made a total of 143 steals and was named to the USA’s All-Conference first team in 2009. In 2010, he saw his dream come true in the form of the NFL draft, where he was selected by the New York Giants for a 4-year term. The road to a 2011-12 Super Bowl win.
