Tom Brady announced his retirement from the NFL on February 1 after a record-breaking 22 seasons. Since making his announcement, there has been widespread speculation as to when he will step out of retirement and take the field.
Tom Brady did not rule out the possibility of a return by giving cryptic answers to the interviewers when he was questioned on the subject. NFL analysts and followers even had theories that Tom Brady announced his retirement after an unsuccessful playoff race with the franchise to exit his contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Tom Brady currently does not have a clear view of what the future holds for him.

“I’m telling you, I wish I had a clear vision of what the future would bring,” said Brady. “For me, I think there were a lot of great things that I knew I said right after the football season, and a lot of great opportunities. I’ve been looking forward to spending time with my family. And I’ve been doing that for the past five weeks. And I know there’s going to be a lot more than that.”
“So, you know, I like to be busy, that’s for sure. I’ve played some golf and I’m going to see my family tonight, it’s going to be a real event for me on their course. I’ll be lying in the same bed I slept in when I was a kid.”
“I don’t think my mom knows I’m home yet. So it’s just between Dad and me, it’s a bit of a surprise. I’m looking forward to that, looking forward to some golf and some more family time in the next few days and then we’ll figure out where to go from there.”
