“Gronk undresses and…” Tom Brady describes the Odd way Rob Gronkowski dealt with reporters at the Patriots.

Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski were one of the most iconic quarterback wide receiver duos in NFL history. We are now speaking them in the past tense due to the fact that the tight end has announced that he will be retiring for the second time this season.

Gronkowski and Brady have spent most of their careers playing together, winning 4 Super Bowl titles for the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 45-year-old quarterback finally convinced him to join the Pirates when he left the Patriots, and his talented friend followed his orders.

In an interview given by Tom Brady in 2021, the quarterback talked about how awkwardly his friend and compatriot had been dealing with reporters during their time with the New England Patriots. Brady claimed Rob Gronkowski he would simply throw in his towel and undress to make reporters uncomfortable during their visit to the locker room.

“Gronk, I mean, that guy is like a Greek god. This guy just went crazy… It’s actually funny because I think they still let reporters in the locker room. So it would be funny because Gronk would strip, throw the towel over his shoulder, and walk through the locker room with all the reporters.” Brady told Howard Stern at SiriusXM.

Brady continued: “I can laugh because, you know, Gronk frankly, I didn’t care. It would go through everybody.” The 33-year-old has always been known for his carefree demeanor off the court, and this hilarious statement by Brady magnifies the level Gronkowski went to for some fun.
