When Dan Campbell was hired to be Detroit Lions As head coach in the winter of 2020, he was somewhat unknown to the casual fan. Since the start of the 2021 season, he has become almost everyone’s favorite head coach with his unmatched energy on the fringes.
Some fans may remember Dan Campbell from when he was interim head coach of the Dolphins in 2015, when he tried to change the atmosphere of the franchise by reintroducing the tough Oklahoma drills that the NFL largely recovered from head injuries. That says quite a lot about Campbell’s perspective on coaching.

Michael Brockers joined ‘The Rich Eisen Show’ and when asked how crazy Dan Campbell is, “That Dan Campbell! It’s all the way up and it hits it and it’s beyond the scale! It’s him every day, in our pre-match conversations, always after practice.”
This hype around Dan Campbell started with the introductory press conference and continued throughout the season. ‘NFL Mic Unlocked’ because his energy was unmatched and the fans were always there for it.
When it was recently announced that Lions will be featured ‘Hard Kicks’ For this year’s edition of the show, many were immediately excited just because of Dan Campbell himself. Come to training camp this year, it will offer NFL fans around the world a must-see TV.
