The Minecraft Wild Update has been widely anticipated by the community, and the release arrived this summer, as Mojang promised. While the game lacked some of the promised features, it did reveal most of the mobs and biomes as promised on Minecraft Live, and snippets posted on their social media. Minecraft Allay is a brand new mob with completely unique features!

Minecraft Allay: What does it do?
Minecraft Live 2021 had revealed some of the core updates coming in 2022, including the Wild Update and the new mobs that came with it. Gangs are the main focus of the fan base as they offer players new ways to interact with them.
Allay is a small flying mob that looks like a blue ghost tuft. But this is a purely passive mob and it also has some unique functions that are new to this mob.
These mobs are only found in Pillager outposts, where they are kept in dark oak cages, and Woodland mansions, where they spawn inside prison cells. They cannot be produced naturally anywhere other than these places. However, players can multiply them by giving them an Amethyst Fragment.
The main feature of this mob lies in the ability to bring items for players. This requires the player to give a specific item to Allay, then follow the player and retrieve dropped versions of the same item and then deliver them to the player. This item can be replaced by issuing a separate item.
A fun fact about Allay is that it will accompany songs from Jukebox.
