Running an outdated or faulty Instagram app version, an outdated or incompatible operating system, oe Instagram server issues are some of the factors responsible for the social network’s app crashing on your iPhone. We have found a few methods below to get your Instagram back to normal.

1. Close Other Apps

If your iPhone keeps crashing after opening Instagram app, it may be because your device’s RAM is insufficient to keep all open apps running. This is unlikely if you are using the latest iPhone 11 series model.

However, one thing to do to fix this is to close other apps and check if the Instagram app is working properly without suddenly crashing. Close all apps (including Instagram) and then just launch Instagram.
