In an internal memo obtained by MacRumors, the company describes the path to the crossover for users who are victims of this iOS 16 bug. The engineers of the Cupertino company would already be working hard to fix the problem. But as Apple claims in its note, this event comes at an impossible time: millions of iPhone 14 Pros are delivered to their customers. This error should not be generalized, otherwise the company’s servers will explode. To avoid overloading technicians, after-sales personnel are requested not to create an incident ticket for this particular issue. According to the company’s statements, the iOS 16.0.1 update will at least partially solve this problem.
