The past two weeks have been busy for the iPhone 6s and iOS 9 software. We’ve seen two new iOS 9 updates and iPhone 6s issues popping up. With that in mind, we’d like to summarize everything we’ve learned about the iPhone 6s iOS 9 update in the two weeks since its release.
At the beginning of September, Apple took the stage and announced brand new iPhone models. The iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus replace the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus as Apple’s flagship smartphones, and do so with a host of impressive features, one of which is the company’s iOS 9 operating system.
When the iPhone 6s arrived on the morning of September 25, it was running iOS 9.0. iOS 9.0 hasn’t been around for long though.
Those who installed their iPhone 6s on Friday were asked to install the iOS 9.0.1 update, a bug fixer from Apple. A week later, iPhone 6s users received another iOS 9 update called iOS 9.0.2. iOS 9.0.2 is another bug fix update that aims to mitigate iOS 9 issues.
Needless to say, it’s been an extremely busy two weeks for Apple, the iPhone 6s and the iOS 9 update that powers it.
