Some users reported that Apple Support suggested completely restoring the device from a backup in DFU or Recovery Mode, disabling Optimized Charging and uninstalling the Eufy app, but nothing worked. However, other users state that: disabling background app refresh fixes the issue. If you are facing the same issue, we recommend using this solution for now.
To do this, all you have to do is go to Settings, go to the General tab, scroll down and Select background app refresh.
