Apple only confirms November, but in less than two weeks you can be online or hit an Apple Store to buy the iPad Pro.
The iPad Pro release date is November 11 in stores and online. This is different from the Apple TV release date, which started with online orders and moved to retail stores a few days later.

Although there is no official confirmation from Apple yet, Mark Gurman 9to5Mac multiple sources give the iPad Pro release date as Wednesday, November 11th.
It’s not clear if there’s enough demand for Apple Stores to open early on the iPad Pro release date, like when a new iPhone is announced. The odds are good that Apple will announce this date in advance and confirm additional details.
There is no firm date for iPad Pro orders to begin on November 11. Sometimes Apple starts taking orders at 12:01 a.m. Pacific and other times just before Apple Stores on the East Coast open.
At the same time, we expect the Apple Pencil release date and the new Apple Smart Keyboard for iPad Pro to go on sale to users.
