We don’t expect iPad Pro pre-orders to start on November 11 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific or 3:01 a.m. East. It might be, but it makes more sense to see the daytime sale begin.
The odds are good that the iPad Pro pre-order time will arrive in the East or morning Pacific. Possible times are 8:00 AM East and 12:00 PM East (09-10 AM Pacific).
