From the moment I realized that the iOS 9.0.2 update could use my iPhone 6 Plus again, I only had to wait 10 minutes to install the update.
The iOS 9.0.2 update was not a large file to download and the installation only took a few minutes.
You should still make sure you have a backup before installing, but there are no iOS 9.0.2 installation issues that I know of.

Most of the apps work fine in iOS 9.0.2 on iPhone 6 Plus. I don’t see force-close issues, but I’m having trouble using LastPass to access my saved passwords on iPhone.
I’m not the only one having this issue and I hope the LastPass team can fix it without having to wait for another iOS update.

Speed
The iPhone 6 Plus is just as fast for me as iOS 9 and iOS 9.0. After installing the upgrade, my device did not experience any lag or slowdown, nor did it slow down with previous iOS 9 updates like some devices have. This may be because you started with a clean install in mid-September.
Should You Install iOS 9.0.2?
The big question to be answered is that you should install iOS 9.0.2 on iPhone 6 Plus right now.
For users already using iOS 9 or iOS 9.0.1, the answer is yes. This is an update that performs well and fixes major issues and bugs. There is a small chance that you will run into new problems, but the experience so far has been good.
For users using iOS 8.4.1 or older iOS versions, it may be time to wait. There is no longer a way to downgrade from iOS 9.0.2 to iOS 8.4.1 or iOS 9. Once you’ve upgraded, you’re stuck with that version until Apple releases a new upgrade. If you have jailbroken, you may want to wait because iOS 9 is not jailbroken.
