While Pokémon Go is gaining traction, another Pokémon app, Catch ém, is climbing the charts on the iPhone App Store, an addictive mix of Flappy Birds and Pokémon.
The catch ém app is a simple game that challenges you to catch all the Pokémon in an easy-to-learn but hard-to-master game that climbs instead of side-swiping like Flappy Bird does.
The catch ém app is not an official Pokémon app, so it may disappear from the App Store once Nintendo finds out about the app. If you want to try this Pokémon app, which does not task you with going out, you should download it as soon as possible.
Tap the screen to jump your Pokéball and keep tapping to jump repeatedly. You can tap left and right to jump in this direction. You need to hit the Pokémon to catch them as they climb.
The catch ém app is a Flappy Bird like the Pokémon iPhone app.
You can shoot them from above or below, but you can’t catch them all with one hit. Sometimes you land on a Pokémon and it triggers an action.
This can leave a whisker on your Pokéball or initiate a lightning strike and bounce your Pokéball around the screen. Getting hit or hitting other items will not automatically end the game, but will make it harder to stay at the bottom of the map.
Although you can play Pokémon Go on Android and iPhone, there is no Catch ém app for Android. If this game looks fun, Download Catch ém for iPhone for free. There are no in-app purchases to spend money on. You need an iPhone running iOS 9.2 or higher and the ratings are 4.5 stars and around 500 reviews.
