The iOS 16 public beta has been officially available to all users since mid-July. However, prior to this date, only developer betas were distributed through the Apple Developer Program. Another site offering the same services, IPSW.dev, also closed in the last hours. The owners have not communicated about it, so it is unknown if they received the same warning. According to Apple’s Terms of Service, iOS developer betas should not be shared with third parties. Also note that access to the Apple Developer program costs $99 per year. Previously, you needed a certified account to be able to install beta versions of iOS on your iPhone, but this restriction was lifted with the release of iOS 9.
