iPadOS 14.4.1 Issues
iPad users are experiencing issues with iPadOS 14.4.
The current list of iPadOS 14 issues includes installation issues, Exchange issues, weird battery drain, issues with first and third-party apps, issues with Face ID, UI lag, Wi-Fi issues, Widgets issues, and Bluetooth issues.
We expect the list of issues to grow as more people download iPadOS 14.4.

If you can’t stand the performance of the iPadOS 14.4.1 update on your iPad, keep in mind that you can no longer downgrade your device’s software to improve performance.
Apple stopped signing in iPadOS 14.4; this means you cannot move your iPad back to the previous iPadOS 14 version. Nor can you revert to iPadOS earlier than 14.4.
This means that those migrating from iPadOS 14.4, iPadOS 14.3, iPadOS 14.2, iPadOS 14.1, iPadOS 14.0.1, iPadOS 14.0 and iPadOS 13 should approach iPadOS 14.4.1 with caution. Once you act, there is no turning back.

iPadOS 14.4.1 Jailbreak
developer teams behind checkra1n and UnC0ver jailbreaking tools have released versions compatible with newer versions of iPadOS 14 (including iPadOS 14.3), but these are not compatible with iPadOS 14.4.1 and iPadOS 14.4.
Again, there is no way to revert your phone to iPadOS 14.3 or any previous version of iPadOS; this means that if you upgrade/have already upgraded to iPadOS 14.4.1 or iPadOS 14.4 you are out of luck.
iPadOS 14.4 has patched the vulnerabilities used by these jailbreaks, so we don’t know how long it will be until we see a public jailbreak for future versions of iPadOS 14.4.1, iPadOS 14.4, and iPadOS 14.
Next iPadOS 14 Update
Apple is preparing a new version of iPadOS 14.
The company has confirmed iPadOS 14.5 and the software is currently in beta testing before it’s official release this year.
iPadOS 14.5 is a milestone upgrade that means it will carry new features, bug fixes and security patches.
