Signs pointed to a faster-than-usual release, and Apple pulled the iPadOS 13.7 update out of beta after a week of testing.
iPadOS 13.7 is a milestone upgrade (xx), but much smaller than your average milestone release. It includes improvements under the hood, but that’s a short list.

If your iPad is currently running iPadOS 13.6.1, you will see a fairly small download.

If you are experiencing problems with iPadOS 13.6.1 or an earlier version of iPadOS 13, you may want to install the iPadOS 13.7 update on your tablet immediately.

iPadOS 13.7 Issues
iPad users are already encountering problems with the new firmware.
The current list of issues includes setup issues, weird battery drain, issues with first and third-party apps, issues with Face ID, UI lag, Wi-Fi issues, and Bluetooth issues.

If you can’t cope with the performance of the iPadOS 13.7 update on your iPad, keep in mind that you can no longer downgrade to improve performance. Apple stopped signing in iPadOS 13.6.
You also can’t downgrade your device software from iPadOS 13.6. Therefore, those upgrading from iPadOS 13.6.1 and below should approach iPadOS 13.7 with caution.

iPadOS 13.7 Update: What’s New
Apple’s xx updates always bring new features and key improvements, but again, iPadOS 13.7 is not a typical release.
While iOS 13.7 brings new COVID-19 Contact Notifications to iPhone, it does not support iPadOS Exposure Notification. This means that the changes in iPadOS 13.7 are limited to anonymous bug fixes.

If you’re still jailbreaking, make sure to avoid the iPadOS 13.7 update for now. the only way is you can jailbreak a device right now If it’s running iPadOS 13 or an earlier version of iOS 12.
