Here is a tutorial for installing a custom ROM on your HTC Sensation.
/!\ Moyens I/O site cannot be held responsible in any way for any problems, bricks or other misuse. For added security, please always make a backup of your system and read this entire tutorial before starting the manipulations.
Prerequisites:
• A phone S-Off
• recovery (ClockworkMod, 4EXT…)
• ROMs The .zip file that interests you (you will find a list in our forum)
• By backing up your data Titanium backup or other apps that allow it.

Me/ Install a custom Rom
1/ Extract .zip file from selected Rom root from your SD card.
Caution, if Android is an ICS based ROM (Android 4.0.x) you need to install first ICS-firmware. Then go directly to the second part of the tutorial. If not, go to the next step.
2/ Restart your phone on the screen. Recovery.
3/ Take a backup of your phone first (Support).
To do this “ Backup and restore “, Then ” Support » (movement is done using volume and POWER buttons to verify)
Wait for the backup to be made Finished before continuing! Note that by default the backup will be named after the creation date.
4/ Do WIPE SWEEP (clear) Sensation’s internal memory. To do this ” delete cache “, and then ” delete data “. Your cache and data will be deleted. This step necessary for the future ROM to work properly.
5/ The hardest part is over, now” Install zip from sd card »
6/ Select ” choose zip from sdcard »
7/ Select the Rom of your choice (this is the .zip file originally downloaded”)
Choose ” yes-intsall “. Wait during installation.
8/ Restart your phone. Your phone is now under custom Rom. most first boot long, this is normal ! Patience ! However, if you see a cycle restart or wait an hour, the manipulation didn’t work. Then try the manipulation again, remembering step 4.
Here is one now custom roms !
II/ Install ICS firmware for an Android 4.0.x based ROM
Prerequisites:
• Telephone Rooted
• Be inside SuperCID
• /!\ good firmware and check MD5 otherwise BRIG!
1/ First of all you need to download it. firmware on xda Depending on the flash and ROM base you plan to check MD5.
2/ You will then get a file named PG58IMG.zip
3/ Copy to: root from your SD card without renaming it or trying to open it.
4/ Then reboot your phone. bootloader. It will find and install. firmwareconfirmed if necessary.
5/ After installing new firmware, to delete Extract the PG58IMG.zip file from the memory card, otherwise the phone will attempt to reinstall the firmware every time you access the Bootloader.
You can now continue with the installation. Custom ROMs starting again from step I 2/.
