How to Root Sony Xperia Z3?
This tutorial is for models D6653/D6603/D6633. you must have first unlocked the bootloader device using the tutorial below. You must also have installed recovery TWRP 2.8.0.1.
Prerequisites
- You must have a Sony Xperia Z3D6653/D6603/D6633
- The bootloader must be unlocked (Sony Xperia bootloader unlock tutorial)
- You installed Recovery TWRP 2.8.0.1 using our tutorial
- You have a full backup of your data
Root Sony Xperia Z3
- Download the SuperSU file well connection then copy it to your phone memory
- Restart Your Xperia Z3 is in recovery mode Pressing the “Volume Up” and “Volume Down” keys repeatedly when the “Sony” boot logo appears on the screen and the LED turns pink
- While in recovery mode, Go to Setup >> then go to the downloaded file
- Select the file, then scroll the screen to select the “Flash” option at the bottom
- After rooting is complete, reboot the system from Recovery.
