Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Issues and Fixes

Respawn’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is out, and that means we’ve heard of the first batch of problems plaguing the game on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC.

There are several bugs, glitches and performance issues affecting the latest entry in the Star Wars game catalogue. Some of these issues are minor bugs, others are more problematic.

Some of these issues can be fixed within minutes, while others will require a fix from Respawn in an update down the road. Expect a host of updates this month and as the developer tries to fix some initial issues with the game.

While you wait for the next update, take a look at our fix list for the most common issues beating the game right now.

How to Fix Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Download Issues

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order requires quite a large download, so it may take some time to complete. Mileage will vary based on your connection.

We expect download times to improve as the rush to play the game dwindles, but there are some things you can try if your download is taking too long or is getting stuck.

If your game download gets stuck, try pausing the download, waiting a few seconds, and restarting. If that doesn’t work, try canceling the download (not ideal, we know) and restarting.

If the actual download speed is abnormally slow, try plugging your ethernet cable directly into your console or Windows PC. This can speed up the download process especially if your system is far from your router.

If none of these work, you should try restarting your router. Unplug your router, wait a minute or two, and plug it back in.
