Google’s main search page has always been known for its clean and simple interface. In the early days of dial-up and extremely slow mobile connections, it loaded much faster than competing search engines. As for its other services and applications, some have taken on a more complex look. Gmail is no exception, as the legacy view is likely weak for multiple users.
But with the beta release of Google’s social network Google+ this week, the search giant has a Little but self a view that may have been taken directly from an Apple operating system. It looks like Mountain View doesn’t plan to limit this neat new look to its social initiatives. A new theme is available to give your Gmail a similar look:
