How to Delete Contacts from Facebook

You can also log in and delete contacts you synced to Facebook. This is best done on the web, but if it’s easier, you can do it from within the Messenger app right after you turn off access.

Then you will see a message saying that your imported contacts have been deleted. This may take some time. If you left sync enabled on any of your devices, the contacts will reappear shortly.
