The process of installing the Netflix VR app is quite simple. If you go to Play Store and search for Netflix VR, the top hit will definitely be Netflix’s official VR app. you can simply download Plug it into your Daydream compatible phone and plug into the Daydream View headset.
When you first start the application, you login or register. If you’ve never used Netflix before, you can sign up. free month of servicethen you will have to pay to continue watching.
You’ll be asked to enter your credit card information during setup, but don’t worry, you’ll only be charged when your free month ends. You are also free to upgrade, downgrade (or cancel) your subscription at any time.

After installing (or signing in) the Netflix app, you will be taken directly to the app’s home screen. Here, you will see most popular showsand movies you can stream directly. Also a search option, so you can easily search for your favorite shows. you can even sort programs by categoriesthis definitely makes it easy to find the types of shows you’re most interested in watching.
Obviously, these shows weren’t shot for VR, so the show itself isn’t a virtual reality experience. But Netflix has done a great job of making the app great. Inside the app, you are sitting on a sofaIt feels like you have an incredibly large TV on your wall, with a giant Netflix screen in front of you. The room is designed for the perfect TV viewing environment. this ambient lighting is excellent, and the room is very well detailed. If you look around, you’ll see windows with views of the mountains outside (obviously, we’re in a pretty cool place). On your right, you’ll see posters of some of the more famous shows.
When you start streaming a TV show or movie, you’ll notice: the lights are dim, so you don’t lose focus while watching the show. Overall, Netflix has done a very good job with the VR app for Daydream and it’s an experience you’ll definitely enjoy. The detail is so well thought out that we have a remote with us, a coffee cup and a few magazines on the table in front of us. I wish I could pick this up and sip it while watching House of Cards.

When Netflix finally arrives on the Daydream VR platform, you can enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies in virtual reality. All this while sitting in what can only be described as a very well designed room.
