Perhaps the easiest way to redeem an iTunes gift card on your iPhone or iPad is to use the device’s camera to take a picture of the card and have the card automatically redeemed for you without entering a long string of numbers.
To do this, open the app on your iPhone or iPad and scroll all the way down. Tap the button. From there, you will need to enter your Apple ID password.
The next screen is where you will select an option to redeem an iTunes gift card. or you have a choice between. If you want to use the camera, select that option and point the camera at the back of the iTunes gift card and make sure the redemption code has been scraped beforehand.
If done correctly, your iTunes gift card will be used automatically and you should see a successful redemption message. From there, tap on it in the upper right corner of the screen.

Redeem iTunes Gift Cards on Your Computer
If you don’t have an iPhone or iPad, but use an iPod or Mac for your iTunes needs, you can use your computer to redeem iTunes gift cards.
You can use the FaceTime camera to redeem an iTunes gift card on your Mac, just like you can on an iPhone or iPad. To do this, open it on your Mac and click under it in the right sidebar. You will need to enter your Apple ID password to continue.

If you’re on a Windows machine, just follow the same steps on a Mac, but the only difference is that you won’t have the option to use the camera.
