The iPhone X has a huge screen and is smaller than the iPhone 7 Plus, but still difficult to use with one hand, you can turn on a setting to make the iPhone X easier to use with one hand.
Accessibility allows you to reach the corner of your iPhone X with your thumb without using your second hand or awkwardly balancing your iPhone against your stomach, side, or using your nose to touch something out of reach.
Just like with Auto-Brightness, Apple hides the Accessibility option on the iPhone X. This feature lets you move the screen halfway down so you can reach the top of the screen without adjusting your grip. It’s still there and very handy to use as you can reach the Control Center with your thumb.

When this is enabled, you can use Accessibility. You can’t double-tap on it to use Reachability, as there’s no home button, but it’s still pretty easy to use.
It’ll take a few tries to fix this, but you can swipe down from just above the little line at the bottom of your screen. You don’t need a slowly pronounced motion, but it may be the best way to learn how it works.
How to reach the top of your iPhone X without adjusting your grip.
After a day or two, it will become a faster gesture that is almost second nature. I haven’t used it much on the iPhone 7 Plus as I don’t like the process of enabling accessibility, but it’s much more useful on the iPhone X.
You can use this to get to the top of the apps on your iPhone X. You can use this to get to the corner so you can get to the Control Center, but it will go back to full screen. You can also use it to go to Notification Center.
