How to Use iPhone Bedtime Alarm

You need to turn on the iOS 10 Bedtime alarm to use it. Currently, you can choose which days to use it, but you cannot change the schedule from one day to the next. The whole idea is to go to bed and wake up at the same time.

Set iPhone Bedtime alarm in iOS 10.

On iPhone, tap Clock App and then Bedtime in the middle at the bottom of the screen.

Tap the open toggle in the upper right corner. Now, tap and drag the bedtime and wakeup time.

Tap on Options at the top left to control various Bedtime alarm settings. At the top of this screen, you can choose which days to use the Bedtime alarm on your iPhone.

Below that, you can choose how soon you want the Bedtime alarm notification to come. If you occasionally go to bed 30 to 45 minutes early or take a long time to get ready for bed, choose an earlier notification.

Now choose the Wake-Up Sound from a small selection of morning-inspired sounds. Choose whether you want the phone to vibrate and also how loud the Wake-up sound should be.

After doing all this, the iPhone Bedtime alarm and wake-up alarm are set and ready to use. You can set alarms outside of the Bedtime alarm as you normally would on iPhone.
