How to Use Google Play Gift Cards

Redeeming the Play Store gift card code on your phone, tablet is super easy even the web. It’s also a great way for parents to let their kids buy content from the largest app store on the planet.

Google Play gift cards come in the US and around the world at $10, $15, $25 to $50, and $100. Available at convenience stores such as Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Best Buy, Gamestop, 7-11, and most grocery stores. Here full list of places.

How to Redeem Google Play Gift Cards on Phone or Tablet

1. Google Play Store app from your home screen or app tray.
2. Faucet near the top left corner and swipe down.
3. Your 16 digit code.
4. Faucet .
5. Then press the button to add the balance to your Google account.

From here you will see a pop-up window similar to the one shown below. Next, you’ll want to look at the back of your gift card.

You instantly get the balance in your account and can use all or part of it to buy almost anything you want. Note that gift cards cannot be used on physical things like accessories from the Google Store.

Unfortunately we can’t take photos or scan gift cards easily like Apple, and Google doesn’t allow users to email them, but entering the code is easy enough. If an error pops up, check the code and try again.

How to Redeem Google Play Store Gift Card on a Computer

You can easily redeem a Google Play gift card from a computer as well, using basically the same steps and instructions as above. If you purchased the code online, you can copy and paste the code directly into the redemption form.

1. navigate to play.google.com/store from a web browser.
2. Click near the bottom left corner (or just play.google.com/redeem).
3. your 16-digit code in the pop-up window.
4. Faucet .
5. Then press the button to add the balance to your Google account.

The balance will be available almost instantly for you to use from your computer or your phone and tablet devices.

Use Gift Cards When Making Purchases

Finally, you can also redeem a Google Play gift card on the go when trying to make a purchase. If you find that you don’t have enough money, you don’t have to go back and start over, you can do it from the purchase or payment screen.

1. an app, movie, music, etc. for on Google Play
2. you tap the buy button on the right side of the menu (as shown below)
3. Select in Change Payment Options and
4. as usual, hit, then balance

After adding the balance, go ahead and tap Buy, Rent and continue paying as usual; you are ready.
