Enabling and Understanding AssistiveTouch
To enable the Assistive Touch option, we need to find it in it. General > Accessibility > Assistive touch. Once there, you will be able to enable the slider for Assistive Touch. You can also ask Siri to open it for you.

When you can’t lock your iPhone, for example because the sleep/wake switch is damaged or faulty, you can use AssistiveTouch’s Device menu to: Lock screen. Moreover Sound controls and mute checks for similar damage to the corresponding buttons.
