4. Now, add your friend or family member From the People app.

7. On Activity and Mobility screenTurn on/off the buttons next to the data you want to share (or don’t want to share). Note that these data points can be quite useful for keeping a tab on overall wellness and recovery after an injury/surgery.
8. Next, you will be taken to: Heart Health screen. Here, toggle between resting heart rate and walking heart rate average to share this data. It is worth noting that these topics can be extremely helpful in tracking cardiovascular health.
9. Now turn on/off toggles for headphone volumes, mindfulness minutes and sleep to give your friend a better view of your health.
10. Next, preview health data You decide to share and tap “Share” to let your friend, family or doctor monitor your health on their iPhone or iPad.
