Daydream VR – Google’s new VR platform is a truly great experience, and at $80 for the Daydream View headset it’s definitely one of the most affordable ones on the market. The only limitation with Daydream is that it’s only available on the Google Pixel and Moto Z phone lineup as of now. So if you have one of these Android devices, Here’s how to install Daydream VR on your device:
note: This is a guide for setting up Daydream VR with a compatible Daydream device. To check the list of compatible devices, you can go to: Daydream website. We are installing Daydream on a Google Pixel.
Installing the Daydream App
First you will need to install the Daydream app from the Play Store. If you have a supported device, you can search “Daydream” in Play Store and download the app to your device. Once you’ve done that, simply install the Daydream app with your Daydream View headset, pair the Daydream controller with your Android phone, and you’re ready to experience high-quality virtual reality content.

Setting Up the Daydream App
After downloading the app to your Android phone, you need to install it with your Daydream View headset. To do this, simply follow the steps below:
one. Launch the Daydream app on your Android device. You will be prompted to continue with your Google account. You can do continue or choose a different Google accountif you want.
2. Next, the app will confirm that you have a Daydream headset. Tap on “.i have a headset“.

4. Next, the application Download VR components on your Android device. This process may take a few minutes depending on the speed of your network connection, so be patient. Daydream Controller
Before you start pairing the Daydream remote with your phone, you should familiarize yourself with the various buttons you can use.

Pairing the Daydream Controller with Your Android Phone
